Cristina Oberti

Thanks to an inspiring art history professor, Cristina discovered her passion for interiors while studying at the University of British Columbia. Upon enrolling in BCIT’s interior design program, Cristina worked at her father’s firm Oberto Oberti Architecture and Urban Design Inc., where she gained first-hand experience from notable projects such as transforming 698 West Hastings in Vancouver into Henry Birks and Sons’ flagship retail store.

Since 2000, Cristina has lived her passion under the banner of Cristina Oberti Interior Design Inc.  She has taught interior design courses at BCIT and has been an active board member of the Interior Designers Institute of BC (IDIBC) where she also served as vice-president. Cristina has passed the National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ) exam and holds the title of Registered Interior Designer (RID).
